Social Media Content

  • Capture and post live updates, photos, and videos during the event. 

  • Create engaging content highlighting key moments, players, and crowd energy.

  • Promote sponsors, event updates, and prize announcements.

  • Interact with online followers by responding to comments and messages.

  • Compile post-event media for future promotional use. 

Crowd Control Marshals

  • Direct and guide crowds to designated areas, ensuring smooth movement.

  • Prevent congestion and overcrowding by managing entry and exit points.

  • Monitor crowd density and take action to disperse groups when necessary.

  • Provide clear instructions to attendees, using signage, barriers, and verbal communication.

  • Act as a point of contact between event organisers, security teams, and emergency     services.

  • Relay important information to the public in a calm and professional manner.

Referee

- Officiate games, ensuring that the rules of basketball are upheld.  

- Monitor player conduct and address fouls, violations, and time-outs.  

- Maintain fairness and consistency across all games.  

- Communicate with players, table officials, and the court manager during games.  

- Resolve on-court disputes efficiently and professionally.  

ROLES AVAILABLE

Registration

  • Manage team check-ins and verify participant details.  

  • Ensure all players complete necessary waivers or forms before participation.  

  • Distribute tournament materials, such as schedules, team numbers, and event maps.  

  • Answer participant and spectator questions about the event.  

  • Maintain an organized and welcoming registration area.  

Merch Stand

  • Sell event merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and memorabilia.  

  • Handle cash and electronic payment transactions securely.  

  • Maintain a clean and organized display of products.  

  • Assist customers with sizing, pricing, and product information.  

  • Monitor inventory levels and report to the coordinator as needed. 

Officials 

  • Track and record game scores and statistics using official score sheets.  

  • Manage game clocks, shot clocks, and time-outs accurately.  

  • Ensure smooth communication with referees during games.  

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and focus throughout matches.  

  • Submit official game results to the event coordinator promptly.
